AUSTRALIA

Enjoy free delivery for all orders over $150.

For all orders under $150 a flat rate of $10 delivery fee will be charged for orders to the Australian delivery address.

Delivery times are 1-3 days for all metropolitan deliveries and 3-7 days for all non-metropolitan deliveries from the time of your order. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will sent once the order is dispatched.

All deliveries are made by a registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide authority to leave during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL

We are pleased to be able to offer the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games collections to all countries in the Commonwealth. Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your order before Australia Post International deliver to the international delivery address using the following delivery schedules:

New Zealand 5-7 business days from dispatch
​South Pacific 7-10 business days from dispatch
​East Asia & North America 7-10 business days from dispatch
​UK & Europe 7-10 business days from dispatch
​Rest of the World 7-10 business days from dispatch

International delivery charges are:

$25   Zone 5 - Pacific: Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu. ​Asia: Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, Pakistan, Sri Lanka
​$25   Zone 6 - United Kingdom, Ireland
​$30   Rest of the World

CUSTOMS

Please note that each individual country has different customs and duties charges, it will be the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these charges. Product may not be released by the relevant local authority until these charges are paid. It may be beneficial to clarify with your local authorities about these charges before placing your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Us with 7 working days (10 working days for International)​ of placing your order so that we may assist you.
